I’m new. Where should I begin?
Start with A Taste of Mussar or explore our beginner level programs. These courses are designed to introduce Mussar through accessible teachings and practical exercises.

Do I need any prior Jewish knowledge?
No. Our courses welcome learners of all backgrounds, levels, and denominations.
What is a va’ad?
A va’ad is a small group learning circle where participants study, reflect, and practice Mussar together. Many courses include or offer va’ad options.
Can I learn with a partner instead of a group?
Some courses include the opportunity to learn with a partner (chevruta). When this option is available, it will be noted in the course description.
I can’t log in to my account.
Try resetting your password. If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.
I’m not receiving course emails or Zoom links.
Check your spam or promotions folder. Add our email addresses to your contacts. If the problem continues, reach out and we’ll resend anything you’re missing.
I forgot my password.
Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. If the reset link doesn’t work, email us and we’ll assist.
How do I register for a course?
Click “Register” on the course page, it will lead you to an online form.
Do you offer payment plans?
If paying the full tuition is difficult, please reach out. We may be able to help with a payment arrangement.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds depend on the course and timing. Contact us if you have a concern, and we’ll do our best to assist.
I need help finding my Zoom link.
No problem. Please contact us and we’ll send you your Zoom link.
I can’t open a PDF or download materials.
Try opening the file on a different device or browser. If that doesn’t work, contact us and we’ll send the files directly.
Videos aren’t playing for me.
Refresh the page or try a different browser. If the problem continues, let us know.
