There will be a program on Shabbat November 14/15 open only to graduates of at least one program of The Mussar Institute (such as Everyday Holiness or A Season of Mussar). If you are registering for the Shabbaton, you must complete this form to register for the Kallah (November 16) and a separate form to register for the Shabbaton (November 14/15). NOTE: Only 200 places are available at the Mussar Kallah, allocated on a first-come basis.

SECTION 3 – Session Selection**
NOTE: program subject to change
* Please indicate which of the two tracks at the Mussar Kallah you are registering for:
Beginners (little or no prior experience with Mussar)
Advanced (completed at least one program of study and practice of Mussar)
If you chose the Beginners track, choose ONE session in Section A and another ONE in Section B**:

** ONLY THESE SESSIONS REQUIRE CHOICE. See PROGRAM for full list of sessions. Early registration increases the likelihood of getting the sessions you have chosen. We will do our best but cannot guarantee that you will be placed in both of your selected sessions.
 
SECTION 4 – Lunch
A kosher dairy lunch will be provided on November 16th. Please let us know if you will be joining us for lunch so we can have accurate numbers.
I will be having the provided lunch.
 
SECTION 5 – Accommodation
Host Housing: We are able to offer some host housing for out-of town guests. If you would like to be accommodated

 • with a family for November 14-16
OR
 • would be able to host a visitor from out of town

please fill out the Accommodation Form. Please do not respond on this form.
 
SECTION 6 – Terms
The Mussar Institute reserves the right to cancel this program, in which case all fees paid will be refunded in full.

If you choose to cancel your registration on or before November 1, 2008, you will receive a refund of fees paid less a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after November 1, 2008.

The program, including presenters and subjects, is subject to change without notice.
