Mussar Kallah VI – Housing Questionnaire

For Out-of-Town Registrants : We are delighted you will be attending the SIxth Annual Mussar Kallah in New York. You can make your own housing arrangements, or avail of the two possibilities we have set up:

1 . HOTEL

A block of rooms with small kitchenettes has been reserved at the Milburn Hotel, located at 242 West 76th St., just a short walk from the JCC where the Kallah and most Shabbaton events will take place. We have negotiated a special rate of $235 (US dollars) per night for Kallah participants. To secure a room you must reserve and pay through The JCC in Manhattan (do not call the hotel directly). A one night advanced deposit per room is required by Wednesday, September 24th, 2008 to guarantee your reservation. The hotel also advises us that all changes or cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid penalties.

To reserve a room and advise of any special needs, please email info@mussarinstitute.org with "Kallah Accommodation" in the Subject line. We will follow up to make the arrangements.

Note: Erev Rosh Hashanah is September 29th and Sukkot ends on October 22nd, so we encourage you to book your rooms earlier rather than later.

The Milburn will make every effort to comply with the needs of those who are Shomer Shabbat.

2. HOME HOSPITALITY

To be matched to a host, please complete the questionnaire below. Availability may be limited by the number of volunteer hosts. We will do our best to find an appropriate arrangement for you.

Please fill out the Accommodation Form if interested in this option.

Every endeavor will be made to accommodate those with medical conditions and unable to walk substantial distances, so please indicate on the housing form under "special requests." There is no charge for hospitality.

Accommodation will generally be for the nights of Friday November 14 and Saturday November 15. Any additional nights will be subject to availability.
